Meet our Executive Director Tara Zampa

Tara brings over 20 years of experience supporting at-risk youth within the Juvenile Justice System and serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Throughout her career, she has excelled at collaborating with families, support circles, and community agencies to build strong networks of care.

Driven by a heart-centered leadership philosophy, Tara is fulfilling her dream of establishing a transitional home for young women in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her vision is to cultivate a warm, welcoming space centered on community, commitment, and personal growth.
